Term of Service
By making a purchase, you are agreeing that you have read & understood NBP Custom Creations LLC (NBPCC) terms and policies.
Digital Products:
No physical product will be shipped. A digital JPEG/PDF file will be sent to the email listed in the order. NBPCC has 72 hours to complete the processing of digital files. Edits will be made if error is on the part of NBPCC. Any additional edits at the customer’s request will incur an additional fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to download, print, and assemble their product. NBPCC is not responsible for any lack of knowledge of any software used or needed to complete the process.
This item is for a one-time personal use. File can not be duplicated/resold. Commercial use of this file is not permitted.
Physical Products;
Please check the current turnaround time for physical orders. Once and item has been fulfilled, the shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email listed in the order. NBPCC is not responsible for any lost or damaged (in transit or due to inclement weather) or stolen items once they have been turned over to the shipping carrier.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
No refund will be issued for any item.
Cancellation of an order before it has been processed will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

I do not claim ownership of these licensed characters. All copyrights and trademarks of the character images used belong to their respective owners and are NOT being sold.
